1. Operations Status and Summary


Twenty years plan for meeting performance and maintaining 12 GeV performance. Gradient Achievement and maintenance plans being developed. Need 8 New C75 modules over 5 years. 37 weeks/yr goal. Obselescence plan will also be included (old analogue to digital) Presentation is two weeks. Potential new cold box in plan (calling infrastructure might make funding easier)

CEBAF Performance Plan

Extensive discussion about potential radiation monitorring and how might get information about "dose to C100 failure".
