Agenda and Notes

1. Operations Status and Summary

Twenty years plan for meeting performance and maintaining 12 GeV performance. Gradient Achievement and maintenance plans being developed. Need 8 New C75 modules over 5 years. 37 weeks/yr goal. Obselescence plan will also be included (old analogue to digital) Presentation is two weeks. Potential new cold box in plan (calling infrastructure might make funding easier)

CEBAF Performance Plan

Extensive discussion about potential radiation monitorring and how might get information about "dose to C100 failure".

2. "Staytreat"

Now August 2-3.

3. Performance of C57

Gigi's talk delayed due to new addition to his family. Presentation in two weeks.
