   1. Helium Processing Planning needs to occur. There will be an initial planning meeting Thursday Dec. 11
   2. Bellows observed to be rusted in 2L25. Suggested that all bellows in similarly constructed CMs be inspected. Also, any useful post mortem on the rusted bellow? E. Daly will pursue.
