1. Operations Status and Summary (Freyberger)
Steady cleanup and module filling progress. Next week for 2 K on one plant. 2 K on both plants around the 4th of Nov. Lots of work has been done and lots remains to recover. Oct. 1 starts in a few weeks. There is money for 20 klystrons so make sure the recs are completed. Looking toward executing the full CEBAF performance plan, including C75 and upgrade RF. Schedule and costs need to be sharpened over the next month or two. Things will need to go into the AWPs on a short time frame. Meeting later this week for AIP and planning/scheduling the actual expenditures. Money is coming from the 12 GeV contingency and DOE.
2. S&T and AAC Recommendations
Highlights: 140 MeV Cryomodule: can we provide it for CEBAF? What is the path? Radiation Calculations in LCLS II Modules. CEBAF up to 2 GeV at 4 K. Gigi talk microphonic concerns from high QL in C75 cavities? See Anne-Marie and Rongli on particulate movement and radiation measurements from FE. Mike Miers talk very interesting and inspiring. Clyde and quench fault discussion: ratio of 50 nsec faults (probably arcs) to slower trip-offs (real quenches) might provide an interesting measurement.
