"RF Timing Technique with Picosecond
Resolution and its Possible Applications at JLab"

Principle and
experimental results of operation of a new 500 MHz RF timing technique
which combines advantages of usage of circular scan streak cameras and
regular phototmultipliers will be represented. Two types of RF
picosecond timing techniques - Bunch time structure detector and
Cerhenkov detector based on the RF phototube - and their possible
applications at JLab will be discussed.
