Both CHLs up. All modules full! Hot checkout for the physics run in process. Beam setup after Thanksgiving.

Freyberger updated on the status of the performance plan (approved!) Need to have some agreed upon specs for project. F. Marhauser has made a start. When document blessed, we'll send it around. Table from Arne's AAC talk.
Spec Signoff Monday Morning after Thanksgiving. Spoke posted here Requirement 70 MeV with beam for 1 module 460 muA. 19.07 @ 8e9 Q-0

Discussed whether to have an internal review. Committee (Kimber, Geng, Bickley, volunteers)
Review: proposed date for Review Jan 11, 2018 Target audience: Will, AD, Hutton Chair: Phillip, Bickley, and Geng members.
