Agenda and Notes

1. Operations Status and Summary

Cryo systems are being repaired and checked out. Additional vain bending in CHL 2 observed. Repairs started in parallel in CHL 1 repairs. Tentatively same restart in fall.

Drury thinks one module behind, Arne perhaps thinks it's more like 3. With 3 crews, maybe a week or two delay to ops. Also, looking for cavities to not He process.

New results from Cornell in Archive on surface treatments in archive. Need to digest.

S&T review. No recommendations from committee. Lots of probing on the accelerator improvement plan. Consider 2 C-100s for performance improvement instead of He process et al to get big jumps in gradient. Good argument for continuing C-75. Will need to investigate this.

SRF staff are national treasure; best on planet. They need to grow.

2. Module RF Soak Planning (R. Bachimanchi)

3. Gradient degradation: root causes and in-situ recovery techniques (Geng)
