1. Operations Status and Summary/Review (Bickley/Drury)
Action items:[1] Continue analysis of two hour pressure spikes and check module stability after problem solved.
Pressure spikes solved. Control valve convection heat leak. Now have the value held open and seems to have been solution.
[2] Increase Q_ext to allow higher operating gradient in 4 cavities
3 of 4 were adjusted up. CED updated. Fourth could not be adjusted. Couple MeV increase in linac gradient
[3] Turn on 1L08 1, in particular cavity one at low gradient. Hold field at low set point to avoid uncontrolled gradient in cavity (cannot be detuned away from fundamental frequency)
Cards changed out unstuck the tuner. So now cavity can be operated. 6 or so MeV.
[4] 0L03-4 stuck tuned. Working on chassis to get fixed. Tuning card also had an issue, to be replace next maintenance.
[5] Presently 9 cavities in north and 4 plus module 2L03 in south hard down.
[6] Heat load down and seems to be under control.
[7] Lemming to 1031 on both sides and will not have to run asymetrically.
2. General Discussion (Krafft)
Resume every other week meeting on RF/SRF issues.
Focus on OPS issues near term; get back to long term focus in longer term.

3. Progress on Particle Counter (Geng/Spata)
Particle Counter getting closer. Now design is focusing on "laser blanket" for aperture design. Detect phase shifts in interferometer arrangement.
July 22 updated solution and updated cost presented to division leadership. Waiting for favorable financial decision.

New Ion pump evaluation;
