1. Operations Status and Summary
Recovery Plans. Still Diagnosing Cryo problems. Week or so to open cold compressor up. Getting old CC4 back in a couple weeks. If compressors not viable, will reconfigure. Only 4 K work over the summer. Probably no 2 K ops until late summer.

2. "Staytreat" Discussion
Preliminary topics list have been uploaded.
Meeting has been drifting back towards end of
summer. Now August 2-3.
3. Performance of C57
Gradients of two reworked "C57" cavities are topping out in mid-teens of cavity gradient. Full upgrades of LLRF and klystrons not needed (still probably like hot klystrons on these cavities.
4. Backing Pump Discussion
Additional data mining performed. Consult with Benesch and . Gigi marcy looked at geome34try and suggested ,. Capacitor pumps on order anyway. Go through and sellect a promising module for test. 4 weeks plan will be presented. Next Steps

Radiation shielding at end of C100s has been explored by Legg.
preliminary design has been completed. goal to help save girders.
New module will be C57. More planning for the 2018 Module needed.
